Simplistic and stylish in appearance but with close attention to detail in its construction: Warsaw’s Restaura Górskiego apartment complex is a prime example of how to efficiently heat a building whilst maintaining an elegant appearance. To combat heat-loss through its grand glazed facades, Jaga’s Clima Canal trench heating system was specified.
The Clima Canal’s flexibility is an architect’s dream, offering powerful heating from compact units that can be discreetly inserted into the floor or walls. The height-adjustable Clima Canal requires a build-in depth of just 8.5 to 13cm, making it easy to install into raised floors. In addition, the system’s 24V EC motor exerts a modest 29db(A) in sound pressure, so the Clima Canal is soothingly quiet as it warms the room.
With energy efficiency high on the agenda, the Clima Canal was a natural choice: Low-H20 technology reduces carbon emissions by 10-15% when compared to standard steel panel radiators and brushless EC motors enables to consume up to 50% less energy than conventional motors.
